10 DAYS OF PIZZA! Yeah, you read that right. 10 days of one-of-a-kind of specialty pizzas. Why, you ask? Because it’s the annual YYC Pizza week in Calgary and it runs from September 22 – October 1! Over 40 amazing destinations, grab your pizza passport at any participating restaurant (look online for the list) and try as many pizzas as you can!

YYC Pizza Week is a charity event.  Part of the proceeds from the purchase of your pizza goes to a charity chosen by the organizers of the event.  This year, your purchases will support Meals On Wheels.  Click here for more information on Meals On Wheels. 

Here are some of the pizzas we’re pretty excited to try:

  1. Spot On Kitchen & Bar

    Marinated Chicken Satay, Red Onions , Roasted Red Peppers,Garlic butter, Cilantro, Cucumbers, Marinated Carrots, Mozzarella and Cheddar.

    2. Naina’s

    2 mini cheese pizzas holding a ½ lb Alberta beef burger, stuffed with bacon, Italian sausage, ham, marinara sauce, and mozzarella cheese. Topped with marinara, mozzarella and spinach.

    3. Roosevelt

    Loads of Mozzarella Cheese, Pepperoni & herbs, served with a Marinara sauce for dipping.

    4. Cilantro

    Ground Beef Tenderloin, Roasted Onions, Baby Potatos, Scallions, Provolone Cheese, Dill Thin Crust.

    5. Ollia

    A soft and chewy macaron shell base, topped with vanilla bean cream cheese icing, delectable red velvet cake, a salted caramel center and Oreo cookie crumbles. This cake is entirely gluten-free and can be shared between two people. It is a perfectly sweet YYC treat-izza!

    6. The Still Fine Spirit & Edibles

    Ahi Tuna, Crispy Brussel Sprout leaves, Asian Slaw, Sesame Oil, Soya, Garlic and Ginger on a thin crust.
